Below is a list of questions that customers have asked during the production process.

How many units do I need to order?
Our minimum order quantity is 500 units per design, but this is also dependent on the type of business you are operating in. If you are a school or non-profit the minimum is 500 while a corporate company is 2,500. This applies to all re-orders as well..
How can I send you my design?
All designs can be sent via our website's Contact Us page, whatsapp or email.
What file types for the design can I upload?
You can upload images in two formats: JPEG, PNG. We recommend using a PNG logo with a transparent background.
What file size can I upload?
The minimum file size is 500 x 500 pixels. However, we strongly recommend using a Hi-Resolution image around 1000 x 1000 pixels when uploading an image.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All orders are subject to approval and we have the discretion to accept or reject orders for any reason. Approved orders will be sent to manufacturing upon approval. Typical manufacturing to delivery times are 4-6 weeks.
Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
Once you confirmed the mold design, we are unable to cancel orders. Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for any order.

What payment methods do you accept?
Our preferred payment method is Cheques or Bank Transfers (ACH wire transfers may add to your processing time). We do not accept purchase orders.
How much does it cost to customize a Charm?
The cost to customize a charm ranges from US$1 to US$3. Non-Profits and Corporations will pay US$1 per unit based on the volume ordered while institutions will pay US$3 due to the quantity.
Do you offer tax exemption for custom charms?
Yes, you will be required to provide your certificate of exemption for your tax exemption status.

What is your policy on Refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds due to the nature of these items. Unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for any order.
Can I use trademarked names in my items?
No, all images must be from its lawful owner or docuemntation must be provided to show that you are authorized to use it. Acceptance will granted once confirmation is obtained.
How can I see the status of my order?
You will be notified of the progress for each step in the production process via email, whatsapp or telephone. Or you may contact us at 876 851 8985 durng the hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
